She fixed my daughter's botched highlights (botched by a different stylist at a different location), fitting me in on a Sunday to get the issues fixed immediately. Before I found Renee, we went to a different stylist. My 13-year-old daughter wanted to go bolder with her highlights. We discussed with the previous stylist and agreed on a plan. Unfortunately, the previous stylist made some errors, and what was supposed to be a beautiful blend of her natural brunette hair and blonde highlights was instead chunky highlights and areas that bled. This was on a Saturday night. My daughter had an important event on Monday. I frantically searched reviews for someone that could see her last minute on a Sunday and found Renee. I am so grateful! All the glowing reviews about Renee couldn't be more spot on! Renee accepted my appointment late Saturday evening, saw my daughter on Sunday, and worked her magic to take my daughter's blonde and brunette stripes to a gorgeous, blended, natural look that both mom and daughter were happy with. Meanwhile, she was comforting and validating to me while also being super considerate to my daughter and making her feel like a queen. Renee was meticulous about every detail of my daughter's hair color, and even cleaned up the cut in spots that weren't perfect. She explained all the steps she was going to take. She explained in detail different options for hair color in the future. Her prices are extremely fair, and she gave me options that would work with my budget.
