Most clients enjoy 3–6 weeks of smoothness depending on hair growth cycles and individual factors. Regular waxing often leads to finer, slower regrowth over time. Maintenance schedules may be recommended every 4–6 weeks for best results.

Mild redness or sensitivity immediately after waxing is normal and usually subsides within a few hours. We apply soothing aftercare and recommend avoiding heat, heavy exercise, or exfoliation for 24 hours to reduce irritation.

Yes — ensure hair is about 1/4 inch long (roughly two weeks of growth), cleanse the area, and avoid topical retinoids or strong exfoliants 3–5 days prior. Discuss medications or skin conditions with your technician beforehand.

Discomfort varies by person but most find chin waxing brief and tolerable. We use proper technique to minimize pain. Numbing creams can be discussed, though many clients report pain diminishes with repeated sessions.

We evaluate each case individually. Small, healed blemishes are often safe to wax, but active, inflamed acne or open sores should be avoided. Your technician will recommend alternatives or modify the service for safety.

Shaving after waxing is not recommended because waxing removes hair from the root. Wait at least 3–4 weeks for natural regrowth before shaving or scheduling a retouch; follow your technician's timeline for optimal results.
